insomnia can be caused by depression and depression can be caused by an eating disorder and grief.
so my sister recenlty moved out thats where i factor in the grief.
do i have an eating disorder
today i ate:
fruity pebbles for breakfast -around 150 calories
lunch i hate a chicken pot pie - around 500 calories
going out to eat - probably around 500 calories
which adds up to 1150 calories
somedays i eat three meals a day but dont snack, other days i dont eat breakfast or lunch but snack alot do i have an eating disorder.

I wouldn't say you have an eating disorder no, you seem to have a decent diet of at least 2 or more meals/snacks/both a day.

No, I doubt you have an eating disorder.
To me, that's a decent amount of calories. Some days I just scrape by with a mere and pathetic 200 calories, and others I can eat as much as 9823652384375 calories. It's all or nothing with me, lol. Not great.
An eating disorder is usually caused and revolved by a certain mindset, amongst other key factors.
Another thing; when my bulimia was at it's highest peak, I could go for about 3 days with as little as 4 hours sleep during that course of time. I also wake up every half hour or so when I'm restricting like crazy. Or, if I've binged like hell the night before, I absolutely will not expect a decent nights sleep either. It's true, eating disorders can fuck with your sleeping pattern like no tomorrow.

Technically starvation is 1200 or less
That being said, 1000-1500 is normal for me, way up from when i barely broke 500
your eating habits could be better, but you also didn't include drinks which do add up (i swear, i get half of my calorie intake from heavly watered down juice and sometimes soda), and if things go back to what would be 'normal' for you (noting age/gender 2k+ generally) in a reasonable amount of time i wouldn't say you have a 'problem'
but yes, restrictive eating disorders really fuck with your sleep patterns, along with EVERY OTHER aspect of your life

I'm pretty sure eating disorders involve mental attitudes and such just as much as what you actually eat. Do you feel any extreme dissatisfaction with your body that's making you eat like you are?

Then there is a possibility you have one, but no one on here can diagnose you. If you think there's something wrong, you should see a professional about it. Eating disorders can ruin your life, and they need to be addressed as soon as possible.

Insomnia is a sleeping disorder, not an eating disorder..
