Soo, I wanted to know what you guys do to gain muscle or whatever.
I want to know, more specifically your techniques on how to obtain a six pack and build more muscle on the larger groups.
I'm trying to get a six pack, like majorly; I just don't know how:(
Thanks :)

I didn't really do anything, I've just always been into football and weights, healthy high protein foods etc. It just really came with puberty for me.

It's somewhat different for all people,..
I eat a lot of junk but I don't seem to gain weight, while some others might. We all have different bodies.
Running will make you thinner and reveal abs overtime, and the skinnier you are the more abs will show if you work out. For me I don't really do push-ups to often but i have muscle..., you're body kind of starts to develop it when you're a teenager, and easier to gain muscle at this age. (you won't see an 8 year old with a six pack..)

Can i just point out that lifting weights at a young age is harmful to the growing body and as far as i am aware it also stunts your growth.
I dont think worrying about a six pack at a young age is good, if you just stay active through sports or go for a run for about half an hour a day to stay fit, that will burn any excess fat that you may or may not have, then when your ols enough join a gym and they can give you a workout program to suit whatever part of the body you want to train.
But if your relly set on it sit ups id say is the way to go, just make sure you do side sit up aswell as straight forward one i.e 50 forwrd and back 50 to the left anf fifty to the right,

if you want to gain muscle do as little cardio as possible as that slows the ability for your body to gain muscle full body workouts are the best try doing super sets with as little rest as possible and take in lots of lean protein i likeprotein shakes Myoplex is a good one

You can get good amounts of protein in everyday foods. Eggs being a perfect example. If you are going to use those types of supplements, remember not to replace all of your meals with them.
Try sports. It's a great way to keep in shape, and will provide opportunities to get that six pack.

sports and exercises that concentrate on your abs, but to me its no big deal i would rather see a guy that is just in good shape, like nice chest, i dont care if he has a six pac or not

I goto the gym, and use the equipment. It takes a long time, I have been going everyday for almost a month, I am scrony, so I thought a six pack would come quick if I did abdominals every day, but it hasn't. It takes time and work, probably at least 3 to 4 months for the six pack. Just do say 6 sets of 20 sit ups every day. A set is a group of reps, eg 20 sit ups to a set, and between sets, take about a 3 to 5 minute break. This will get it going, but you also need to cut back on anything that might put fat on your belly, or you have to add running and cardiovascular exercise to your routine.
Hope this helps. :D
