He's really rather young for you to mess around with, if you got found out your family would probably view you like a child molester and so for that matter would the law. My advice would be to keep your fantasies to yourself on this one and find someone nearer to your own age.

Actually no, America is odd in that respect, most countries dont regard relationships between cousins as incest. In some societies its the norm. Even in America the situation varies from state to state.

I dont want to be judged so im sure not going to judge you or anyone else and besides i dont know either of you or the maturity level of either but if i were 17, i doubt i would go there because if nothing else it could cause a lot of trouble and could potentially ruin your life, so is it worth that risk? for me, I am 15 and i have a crush on a friend who is 13 and maybe some would see that as being weird to but in my mind i dont see anything wrong with a two year difference but maybe i am wrong.
