Well I have no clue what stage I am in puberty. I have some leg hair not alot of armpit hair and hair on mu groin and balls. I'm not that tall and my dick is 3-4in flacid and around 6.8in erect please help.

I dont know the certain stage names or numbers, but by personal experience, your pretty well off. i dont know your age, but some guys can keep going through puberty until their late teens early twenties. the last few stages of puberty are usually facial hair, chest hair, and just having your body just average out and become proportionate.
