I agree with Jcat3 that it is difficult for us to comment without knowing what size you already have. Some guys will keep growing there until they are 19 or 20, but others will have reached pretty much their adult length at 16.

Considering that you've given us no other information than your age, we've got absolutely no idea how big you are now.

Some guys continue growing into early twenties so unless you're already huge, you might still grow.

will 2 start with u r 16 so most likely what u have is all u are going to get. how ever i don't know b/c u did say how small or big u r. any thing less than 6'' 2 9.5 I would say you r ok. anything over 9.5 u will have back problems the rest of your life.

Well that's not the case. Some people don't stop going through puberty (thus their penis continues growing) until early twenties.
