From what I can tell, it seems most everyone here masturbates. I was unaware of how widespread it is, because I myself don't masturbate and cannot tell if anyone I know does or not.

I usually masturbate once or twice a day. If I am really bored, I can do it up to three times. It is completely normal to masturbate daily.

Although, during your 30s and 40s, you tend to start producing less testosterone, and will loose the desire to do it daily. Most men masturbate, how ofter depends on their age, health and personal preference; also most people in a relationship don't masturbate as often as those who are single for obvious reasons.
