So here's the thing, sometimes me and my gf get a little carried away, but before we do something wrong I would like to know if oral sex is illegal if you are under 16.

Not completely sure, you are below the age of consent for sexual intercourse thats for certain, but I'm not sure what applies to oral. If you are both under the age of consent the worst thing that would happen is that you would get a mild ticking off, if its something you both do with no force or persuation involved you are not going to get charged, convicted or put on the sex offenders register for this.

how old is your gf? is the real question then legality comes into it but personally im not sure about the age thingy. lol. but i think its either or 21 in the US

Fair enough, but you're wrong. Legality is a technical matter of fact, you can just go look up the details. Its literally there in black and white, either its legal or it isnt.

well, depending on the laws where you live (like state laws) it might be, but iunno... i dont think that if you are both under 16 that it is... if you both willingly do it, then its not illegal.

It is most likely ILLEGAL...but you cannot have a blanket answer for this. Every area is different, it is based off of state state/country laws.

Most (if not all) states, counties, and countries consider oral sex to be the same as full sexual intercourse, so if it is illegal for regular sex in your area, same goes for oral.

Odds of you getting caught are slim.

TO BOY96: Yes, laws were designed to prevent child abuse; however, the same laws are in effect for minors having sex with minors. The penalties; however, may be more significant if the person was overage having sex with a teenager. Some states have created laws that are called sex "age gap" laws. This means that they "OK" it if you are within so many years of your partner. So if you were 16 and your partner was 17, and the age gap was one year, then the state may say it is OK...same goes for if you were 17 and your partner was 18...but once again, this is based on your state or government.
