A boy and girl were never meant to meet
An avenue between them filled with cars
One look across that busy noisy street
Their paths have crossed, were destined by the stars
A boy and girl were not to share true love
The distance in between them, it was long
One tried to reach another from above
They met and sang, in harmony, a song
A boy and girl were never meant to kiss
Completely strangers both met through a friend
Each other’s company was total bliss
Were friends at first but lovers in the end
A lot of accidents occur around
But sometimes it’s where true love can be found
