Well. I'm agnostic and my view of religion is that God is too complex for the human mind to comprehend.

So am, in a way, saying that athiesm and christianism is pointless?

Saying that God is too complex for a human mind to understand would appear to be a statement that presupposes God's existence. If that's true, you're not agnostic, you're a theist.

You mention Christianity, so I'm assuming by "God" you mean the Christian god. If so, you're not agnostic, you're a theist because you claim your god exists, regardless if you can or cannot understand the god.

This sounds to me like you're suggesting someone can believe or disbelieve in a god once they have understood it but the god is too complex to understand so it's an unattainable stance. There's no need to completely understand the god because you won't be able to, not due to sheer complexity only but also the Bible and scriptures are incomplete and many parts are contradictory. Simple answer: it's pointless for you to demand that one completely understands the god they accept/refuse.

Agnostics don't believe in God, so no, you're not an agnostic. If you don't support a religion, you are probably a deist or a nihilist, but only you can decide where you stand on this issue.

Agnostics don't believe in God

Actually that's not true. Agnostics can believe in a God and simply know nothing of the form he takes, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agnostic_theism

I've always considered both "agnostic theism" and "agnostic atheism" to be oxymorons that bely an ignorance of the logic that underpins the labels. If one believes that a god exists, whether or not one can pin down that god to a specific form described by a specific religion, one is a theist in my mind, pure and simple. Agnosticism is a category I reserve purely for those who contend that we cannot know whether a god or gods exist in a general sense, since any usage other than that gets absurd fast.
