iono maybe i'm wrong but, if you talk about a problem a lot it helps take it out of your mind, my uncle died a while ago, and i spoke about him for months and months and i got over it maybe you should try that =\

I agree with **Adrian** though, it can help to talk about things like this. It doesnt always have to be deep emotional shit either, it can help to just talk about the person you knew. What was he like, what did you guys do together...etc. Try to be thankful you were lucky enough to have him in your life, even if it was for just a very short time... :(
