when i change in the locker rooms with my friends, i see their stuff, and mine is always more hairier, and much longer and bigger than theirs. so i always try to hide it, because they would DEFINITELY make comments about how big and hairy my penis is.

has this happened to you before?

Hmmm, I can't remember it happening to me before, but I'm sure it happens all the time! We all develop at different times...they'll catch up soon enough, then they won't be makin' fun!

I change infront of friends and we get glances but there's no major comments we just joke around.

Well since we had to bump this like retards I might as well add this, for even 14 that's quite big, up until 15.5-16 that's not considered average. It's considered FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFing huge if you're under 15 usually.
