If he would never consider it, the best thing to do is probably just to move on and forget about it. Like amsocool said, it could really mess up a friendship.

At the same time though, you could always try to bring up the subject casually, just to get his point of view on the matter. Don't just go right up to him and say "would you jack off with me?" That right there will def. mess thing up. Haha.

Find a creative way to talk about it, and see where it goes.

Yeah I have before. Don't worry.. a year difference is nothing and perfectly normal. I'm 15 and i really like my friends little brother who's 13-14 (Idk xD)
