OK, so I think I fell a little bit in love today. Maybe not love, but you know what I mean.
I've finished school for 2 weeks now, but I still have to go in for a few afternoons in a week for band rehearsals. Today I went in as normal, and I went in one of the music classrooms to get my saxophone. In the class there was this guy. He had a visitor badge on, and I think he was like a teaching assistant type guy. But he looked about my age, so maybe he's on work experience? Anyway, this guy was quite simply stunning - completely my type. He was a bit smaller than me (as are most people), slim, short blond-ish hair styled with gel and with a gorgeous face.
I couldn't stop looking at him, and I think I may have been quite obvious with this. Usually, that spells disaster. There are very few LGBT people in my school, and so I don't often spend my time staring at guys. But this guy didn't look bothered. Far from it, in fact. He was looking at me too. He kept trying not to, as I was, but our eyes kept meeting a few times.
So I'm completely stumped. This doesn't happen to me, I'm useless around people I like, and I'm not that good looking, so I was surprised at my chances that a guy so stunning would be interested in me. So I don't know what I should do. Have I got a chance realistically? He may not even be gay, though he did look a little interested. I just can't see myself being with a guy so nice. What should I do?
