The sub-forum The Band Hall would be in the forum Thé Årt ®öøm. I noticed a serious lack of bandy stuff in any specific forum; it was just spread out across the board. If there were to be a band-related discussion, it belongs in Thé Årt ®öøm, doesn't it?
The Band Hall would be a fun place for all kids in school bands, their own bands, or aspiring band members. Students can post their ideas for a song or band they'd like to form within their school, give suggestions on others' ideas, ask questions to other band or section members, share the latest news or story from their band (trust me, band can get really strange), or whatever else I haven't thought of yet in this paragraph yet.
The Virtual Teen forums are a great place. They rarely give out negativity towards others. Positive encouragement abounds across all the forums, brightening everyone's mood in the process. A surge of band kids onto this site would greatly improve the mood of any forum, because they're almost always so bright, peppy, and upbeat. Virtual Teen forums can really be a magical place, with each reply acting as steps on a ladder to happiness. No, that's not quite it. With this site, both the posters and the repliers have their mood improved, because they encourage each other, essentially using the other as a supportive step. Band kids would be a wonderful group to have on the site.
In addition, many band students are very responsible. Across multiple forums, you may expect an increase in the number of moderators because of the band kids joining. Not only are they supportive, as explained above, but they have responsibility stemming from their discipline in band.
