It shouldn't be hard! You two are friends already so you could ask her if she wants to see a movie or do something you both like. Ask her if she's already seen any movie you want to see... and invite her, or go for a walk for a while... You're 13 so don't worry, she should also be new to this stuff...

Conclusion: do something both of you want to do, and don't look as if you're taking her out on a date, just something casual... a little flirting should work...
