i dont know why but everytime in the swimming pool locker rooms when i go with my dad, i have this urge to show my penis (which has a decent amount of hair on it) to my dad. hes cool with showing him mine. but everytime i take off my underwear, i end up erect or semi-erect and i dont want him to see THAT. when i leave showers, i want to like walk out naked and then put the towel on, but im always semi-erect so i dont get the chance to.

today i brought up the courage. after the swim, and the shower, i stripped off my swim trunks next to my dad and there it was - my semi-erect (abt 5.5") penis hanging there in front of my dad. i couldve sworn he looked. it was the first time he saw it with all the hair.

is this normal for me to want to show him my penis? im definitely not an exibitionist or anything cuz i dont do that with my friends.

There's nothing wrong in your dad seeing you naked when you're changing after swimming, he's probably curious to see how things are getting on in that department, but there's no need to go out of the way to show it off to him. Its probably more normal for guys to be kind of embarassed in front of their parents. I change next to my dad at the pool, always have, its no big deal.

i dont know why i want to show my dad my penis either? maybe its cuz i want to show him that im going through puberty quite along right now, and i have lots of pubic hair around the base of my shaft already.

when you change next to ur dad, do you ever get a boner? or does he?
does he look at your penis? or comment on it?

Hmmm... I guess deep down we all want to show our parents that we are all grown up now. This might just be one way of approaching that. Personally, I think it would be too awkward for both of us.

I always have been able to walk naked in the locker room dad there or not but never noticed if he looked or gone out of the way to show him. I have 3 brothers all in puberty and I'm sure that dad knows, but no one ever really shows off. Might be an acceptance of us growing up like has been said I don't know
