i dont know if you want to move this to the drug forum, but this is sure fuckign making me depressed so heres what happened.

today i got suspended for having alchohal in my bag, i know, stupid, but they thing is, i didnt BRING alchohal to school, i was on my way home in period three when at teh subway station teh hall moniter catches me and take me to the office, where they ask me to empty my bag, i told them to fuck off this is my property adn they said they'll call the cops, so i said i'm leavign but the hall moniter blocks the door, so they made me empty my bag. inside is, some school work, my pipe, my journal that says i love weed all over it (so what? i'm allowed to write whatever i want on my own fucking journal) and a micky of smirnoff and a micky of hypnotic (FUCKIGN EXSPENSIVE), so they TOOK ALL OF MY FUICKING alchohal that was for a party tonite, and called my dad and i'm probably going to get kicked out of my house, and when i go back to school for the meeting with my dad and my vp, shes goign to show him my journal which she took from me, which is TOTALLY UNFAIR, becuase its mine and i'm allowed to write what ever the fuck i want on it.

yea i did a lot of stupid things but i think its unfair they wouldnt let me leave when i told them i was going to switch schools so i'm not opening my bag, i think it was STUPID that tehy took my journal and are going to show it to my dad, and i think its FUCKING STUPID that they even took me From teh subway stop to the school in teh first place.

FUCK i fucking ruined everything.

Fuck thats harsh :( Unlucky! Remember fight the power, if you were out of school some fucking hall monitor can't do shit! You shouldn't have gone with them.. They can't search your bag either. I would have just pushed past them, fuck the school. I hope things get sorted with you and your dad though, good luck!

i read the schools rules thingy

at my school,
if i'm registered there, and its school hours,
I AM, and all of my possestion, teh schools property (WTF you cant BE someones properrty) so i had to or they can call teh cops

If your dad ask about the alcohol, just tell him that you were at a party... most teenagers drink in parties, such as he did, and he might not mind..
ABout the drugs, just say that you like the logo... if he really doesnt know you smoke cannabis, he might not mind... well... hope that helps, and again, sorry to hear that

lol thanks for the advice, but my dad already knows b4 this that i smoke pot, and i got cought with the alchohal at school, it doesnt matter if it was for a party or not,

i overheard what my dad was sayign to my mom on the phone,
he wants to kick me out to my moms again, and my mom wants to send me to a all girls bording school for girls who "have problems in traditional schools and in the home enviourment"

my honest opinion is that you should stick up for yourself and not just accept anything, but not to move out to nowhere. everything may seem like shit right now but you should continue to go to school somewhere so u dont find yourself in the middle of nowhere in a few years

so when they said "we'll call the cops" if i was you ida said ok go ahead and when you do be sure to mention that your trying to perform an illigal search and are illigally holding me here against my will a malicious act espically considering i've done nothing wrong (u did but at the time they had no proof) as far as writting I love weed thats just ink on a journel that dosent prove u smoke it thats just you using your rights to freedom of expression
