UR right it's not fair but I don't know why it just happens that way I'm 13 1/2 and hevent even started puberty yet all my friends have plenty of hair and norma/big size I'm onlt 3 1/2" hard :mad: I know how u feel

its not a big deal unless hes making fun of you for it. Everyone matures differently... 6 inches is completely normal i even think its average so just enjoy what you have.

Have you actually seen/compared with your friend because that is a very unlikely size for a 12 year old. Your size is big for a 13 year old anyway, a little over the adult average, so you have no reason to worry.
