Moving... Again.

Hey Guys.
Im not really sure if this is the right place to post this but i cant find anything more suitable.

So 6 months ago i moved to Australia from england.
I didnt really want to move but i kinda had to.

And today my parents talked to me and my brothers about moving back because my dad's finding it hard to get a job here and we're running outta money.

So unless my dad gets a job in the next month we're gunna be moving back.

And i dont really know what to think. I talk to my friends back in england a lot so if i do go back they should be happy.
But Ive made friends here now and i dont really wanna leave them.

What do you think i should do.
try and stay in Aus or go back to england??

Hmmm... that is a tough situation... Well.. for one, wait to see if your dad can get a job there. If he is unsuccessful (which im not saying he won't find one) i would say to go back so your dad could support the family better if he can find a job easier back in england... but i know the feeling of not wanting to leave your friends and keeping long distance relations with them. All i can say is, do what is best for the family. I would rather move to a place where jobs are easier to find than to live where they aren't easier to find and could possibly end up not having a home anymore..=T

Also talk it out with your family.. have a group meeting one day and discuss what is wanted and consider the possibilities

Well, think of it this way Joe. Whichever one you'll have friends. Plus, what's the harm of staying in touch with your Aussie friends like you've stayed in touch with your English ones?

Me and my family had a talk.
They've started looking for houses back where we used to live.
In a way i kinda want to go, because i miss my mates and thats more like what im used too.
Ive only told one of my mates, im gunna Suprise my other mates by just walking into school one day.

the topic of moving is a topic i know VERY well...i have been moving just about every year for the past 11 years. there have been two occasions where i went to the same school for more than one year. and one is now...the last time was during 2nd grade to 3rd grade. i stopped counting how many times i have moved cause it doesn't help. but now that i have have Facebook, VT, cell phone, and lol mail, i can keep in touch even better but the thing is...i still dont talk to the many, many, MANY friends i have made. sure i have talked to some over Facebook but not excessively. point is: its not easy moving and when you do, its even harder to keep in touch because you lose things to talk about. sure you can talk about what happened since you left and what happened to who and all the gossip but it gets old. fact is: moving is not the easy road some ppl think it is.
