The only part of my body I'm really unselfconscious of is my hips.
I have "love handles". They're not ungodly, but they make me extremely self conscious.

I'm just curious if anyone knows any EFFECTIVE exercises that I could do to make them go away/reduce?

I've searched around online but none of the exercises I found seem to really work.

I'd appreciate the help. x

hmmm hun that one is always pretty tough. Ab work might help but to be honest, you might just be better off just trying to do running and getting a hard work out.

I run a lot already. Soccer/Cheer leading. I'll do up a few crunches, haha(:

I had them too for awhile, I just choose to do ab work and lots of stretching. It worked for me, I hope it works for you hun.

I already have a bit of a four-pack. I love it(:
But it bothers me even more because it's like.. muscle, then handles.
