I have taken the Political Compass Test (http://www.politicalcompass.org/) and this is my result: http://www.politicalcompass.org/facebook/pcgraphpng.php?ec=1.25&soc=-2.21
I guess that means I'm a libertarian, but I feel like I'm too close to first parties to call myself that. Further, I don't like the idea of supporting a third party, because my vote essentially won't count in America's two-party system.

Any help identifying me?

I think I lean towards democrat socially, and republican economically.
I hate the extremes of all parties.

The only reason your vote would be thrown away is because you think it would be thrown away. With that mindset we've probably missed out on several great presidents because thousands of people didn't want to "throw their vote away." If people don't vote for a third-party because they don't want to throw away their vote then it becomes even more so like that.

You actually have the identical rating I do. You probably feel as politically frustrated as I do.

It happened with the Green Party, a lot of democrats voted green party, but they just took votes away from the democrat. The republican won.

It doesnt matter what party you're affiliated with...you can vote for whoever you want.
