Malware Found?? Help!

Ok so I was surfing the Web and all of a sudden my Security Software (Avira) said that there was Malware Detected. I pulled up my security report and it said if I want to Quarentine it, or ignore it.

I quarentined it, and now its in my quarentined area. I am currently scanning my PC and it says there are no viruses detected.

Now it says that I can move this item or delete it from the quarentine.

What should I do?? Do any of you have any ideas? HELP.

*and btw, It may just be me, but it seems that my computer may have gotten a little slower (because of this Possible malware)*

Ok, I have now scanned my computer, and no viruses were found.

BUT still one question... should I remove it from my quarentine storage center?

Delete it.

If your computer software has a "Vault" for this sort of thing the best option would be to delete it. Then restart your computer. Make sure it's gone and rescan that's what I used to do. I was paranoid and OCD with it >_>

not true if it came up randomly it a scam they down load a virus and pose as good guy and get it out and if u do not pay them there going to leave it

If you are unsure, wait for a couple of days and see if everything still works as it should. If you see no change in the computer behavior, you can safely remove that file from the quarantine.
