My dad cut off his fingers?

I think this thread could possibly go here but oh well. Any ways my dad is a carpenter, A great one, but he got his left thumb, pointer and middle cut off yeseterday. He seems really sad because he dosnt know who is gonna hire a gimp. Any help to cheer him up?

You just need to remind him that he's got his family around him to support him and that if he has the determination, he can still continue as a carpenter. It must be a pretty life changing thing to happen to him but he's still alive and can always adapt :)

My uncle is a carpenter and he gets a lot of work because of his skills even though he cut off two of his fingers completely and part of another. He is still able to do his job and do it well. You're dad should be fine he simply has been shaken and lost some confidence which should come back
