Its usually in the instructions to do so and I cant quite see how you would get it on without doing so anyway. I'm uncut too btw.

If you have tight foreskin than it probably will hurt to retract the foreskin, just take a look around for the threads talking about how to loosen foreskin to find out how.

Okay, I'm cut, but I think you would find it more pleasurable to pull back the foreskin to expose the head. The condom should fit pretty tight, or not so tight depending on the condom, and if it is tight, you would end up with minimal movement between the head and foreskin; so I suggest pulling back the foreskin. If you really are not sure, masturbate with one and see which way you like best.

have girls take birth control
save rubber money for flowers. cut guys it seems is more normal.
more normal to wear condoms because they do not have skin.. or might not b so bad to uncut boys who have small 4 skin. i like the pill idea -- i vote for the pill
