I tried repping some people today and this message keeps coming up!

"You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to NAME OF USER again"

some I've never even repped before or at least haven't repped for a long long time. why can't I rep anyone??

you need to rep 8 people before being able to rep a person previously repped
so say if i repped you now
id need to rep 8 other people before i can rep you again

and fyi you can only give out 5 rep in a day

^if you don't rep often (like me... it takes a lot to get me to) it's easier to forget.
