I think i need help

I have been thinking for a long time, that my self harm has turned into something i can't control, and that is a downward spiral from here. I also figured my parents would find out one day, and it's better they find out now from me than in other ways. I just don't know how i can tell them. It seems like something that i simply can't do at the moment, but i want too. Any advice?

How about talking to a school nurse of school councellor ?
I talked to my school nurse today and she said that she could help me tell my parents, maybe she could tell you :)
Or you could always just tell them, you could ask of to talk to them and go from there ? :/

my counciller is really lovely and she helps me work through a lot of things, i didn't believe it at first but its helped me realise why i am the way i am. try that maybe.

advice for telling your parents? well they love you so you need to trust them to not freak out too much maybe ask a close friend to help you tell them back ups always nice when you feel like your a loss for words.
