even though i have small breast at the age of 15, my nipples stand out so much~ sometimes you can see them stick out through my shirt and it's embarrassing. My friend told me to put bandaids over them and well...i tried it and when i peeled them off....it was painful >< i don't want to ask my mum for ideas so please...help !

just go get a nice padded bra. victoria secret has really good ones. i get REALLY "cold" and i can't wear any un-padded bras or you could see everything, even when i'm not cold.

if you cant go get a new bra, then just wear thicker shirts and cross your arms more.

my ex had the same problem she just wore a padded bra. nipple covers too if she had too.

Get nursing pads, My mom is nursing my baby sis and she uses nursing pads under her bra when she leaves the house, they work wonderful and believe my mom has huge nipples since she have been nursing.

Someone else mentioned check out ebay for nipple covers. thats what i do. they come in all different shapes & types. yes some are adhesive but they dont hurt when u take them off.

Depending on who i'm with or where i am i don't mind my nipples showing through my top but if you don't like it the padded bra is your best friend

My nipples are very long, when they're hard and they look like long pencil erasers. I measured for fun together with my sister and I have 1" long and my sister has around 0,5".

I feel sometimes embarrassed too. :whoops:

If you don't won't the embarrassment of your nipples showing through your bras/tops etc. I suggest you think about getting some of these...and they're so simple to use. :)

And I can talk from experience as I have used similar ones in the past.
