It will probably grow a bit more before you end puberty. It all depends how long ago you started puberty. Your penis slows down allot in growth towards the later stages of puberty.

Regardless you should be proud. The average length is 5 to 6 inches.

The stage calculator should give you a pretty good idea, and if you are already at 8 in, then the only thing that might change much would be your girth.
