friend having trouble with her vt account

i recently signed my friend Amy up here on VT

she confirmed her account and the admins sent her her login and her password but the password she was sent will not work and she really wants to be a member on here
can anyone help me so that i can get her on here
i mean her username is listed as a member on here but she cannot login in
can any of the admins help me out here

Or copying and pasting into the password field.

Alright, well what she has to do is click forgotten password when logging in, follow out the instructions and an email will be sent to her with either a new password or a reset.
