Well, a girl's vagina is only six inches long. It's not abnormal for your penis to be 9.5 inches, there's nothing wrong with you at all, but I think it'd be quite painful for a girl to have sex with you.

Definitely not too big, but as said above it can hurt during sex (for the girl) the only difference is if you "hit the back" you'll have a few inches sticking outside. :PP
