It doesn't seem like a terrible idea. You're 14 and he's 12, so you're both old enough to masturbate. Plus, it will be a lot more fun with another person there. As long as you are both ok with it, I think this is fine, but don't force him into it. You're older so he'll probably listen to what you say. Make sure he actually WANTS to do this before it happens. Maybe you could get naked first also to give him some confidence.
