this isn't like normal cramps - which i get bad - those are more all over, this feels like it's jabbing into an individual spot, just it's in... maybe 4.

Is it in your abdomen or like all over your body?
I'll get sharp pains in my lower back sometimes so I don't think you should worry too much, but go see a doctor if you think it's abnormal.

Ok.. So it's like... lower than where normal cramps are. Like someone shoved a fork inside or something like that. wasn't in the back at all i wouldn't have been conserend about that.

This is going to sound gross but could it have been poop cramps and it just happened to be when your on your period?

haha. um.. no. i haven't had that issue in awhile. and it's definitely a different pain with that.

And to me that's actually LESS gross than the original question... but that's just me, probably.
