Wow, i cant remember the last time i asked for help in the puberty forums, although this doesnt have much to do with puberty, but still, heres my little 'worry'...

i just had a shower and i noticed a red mark below my nipple as i looked in the mirror, in the middle there is a small white mark, it looks like a little bubble of skin. It doesnt hurt or anything but i am a little concerned because i know that lumps and bumps can be cancerous. Im pretty sure its not, but i just want to know if its common or whatever before i tell my mum. Thanks guys ;)

It could be dry skin.......or maybe a small irratation. I doubt it's cancer, but if you feel unsure then I'd ask a doctor.

I really don't think it's cancer. I read somewhere that those kinds of things are pretty common, so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

me neither

but to answer ur question, its common during puberty for those bumps to appear. Or, sometimes when you get the goosebumps, it causes little bumps.

I just thought i'd say my 'medicaly advised' opinion, these are basicaly like big spots, its just a build up of dead white blood cells under your skin. If this ever happens to anyone don't worry about it hence the above explanation but it still might be worth getting checked out.
