Kind of a Weird Situation

So, it has been a really weird year of high school for me. The group of friends that I talk with has changed a lot. I have started talking more and more with what some might call the "jock" crowd. The thing is, we have a lot of the same interests. I just never fit in with them. I wanted more than anything to hang out with some of them and as soon as I really got to know a few people, school got out. The guy I am head-over-heels for :wub: is in that group.

I''m not so close that we text just yet. How should I try to get closer with him over the summer?

You can hang out with him. Take the initative and invite him to do something like the mall or even paintballing or whatever you like.
