1. That's slightly under average for an adult so that's a fine size. It might grow, who knows...?

2. You can shave whenever you like. There is no set age.

3. I'm guessing that proteins will probably help, other than that I don't know though.

4. Exercise. You can eat whatever you like, within reason, as long as you exercise enough.

1. Im 14, ill be turning 15 in august, and im 5 inches is that normal and will it grow? About the average adult size - but it should grow.

2. At what age is it reccomended to shave pubes, because mine are getting pretty annoying while wankin'. Depends on you.

3. How can i improve my growth in puberty (what foods etc) Proteins maybe, but time is really the main factor.

4. What would you guys reccomend to do to lose weight? Exercise, and healthy foods.

Okay, allot of questions.

1. That is just fine, the average length for adult men in the us is about 5.5 to 6 inches, so your are just fine, and have a few years left to grow.

2. Shaving pubes is a personal preference, so you can start shaving when you want to. If they annoy you now, more power to you, go ahead and shave or trim them. :D

3. There is no way to increase the rate of puberty, but I do suggest eating healthier which will help with the fourth question as well.

4. Eat healthier and start running. I think a mile a day, in combination with eating healthy foods will start you in the right direction. In a year or so, you might want to start going to a gym, it is a good place to get in shape.

I hope I helped. :D

1. it'll grow
2. trim, don't shave
3. time. don't get tricked into anything
4. eat less, exercise more. running, basketball, or any sport is good. gyms are also good if you can get to one for cheap. when in doubt, there's bodyweight workouts. check out the menshealth.com belly off program's bodyweight workout.

1. No worries, it'll grow with time.
2. You can shave if you want, but it'll be itchy the next day. I suggest trimming.
3. I think time and waiting is the only thing.. maybe eating healthier maybe?
4. Exercising everyday. Do anything that gets the heart pumping; it can be running, walking, playing your favorite sport, anythingg. Also try to maintain a healthy diet.

I'm guessing that proteins will probably help, other than that I don't know though. <<<<<<< "may i just but in, nothign can improve your PUBIC growth as it is generalyl hereditory, although you can help improve the structure and strength of your growth, e.g. work out for stronger muscles and calcium for stronger bones"

4. Exercise. You can eat whatever you like, within reason, as long as you exercise enough.<<<<<or you can be like me, when you exercise alot or do alot of sports, eat alot to keep you at a normal weight, then when you're being lazy, eat alot less...

so yeah, look at the quote
