not nessciarliy. everyone is different. best way to see a good image of how big your penis will be is to look at your dads. although it may deviate from the exact size and shape, it is a lot to do with hereditary traits.

Neither height nor weight have any effect on one's penis size. For some reason that is completely independent from the rest of your body in terms of size reflection.

I believe that the more fat is contained in your body,your visible penis size shrinks (you still have the same size but some will be covered with fat)

yeah for sure it makes no difference. i have a friend that lis like 5 3 and he has a huge penis then i have friends that are 6 foot and have normal size. its just what God gave ya and it does not matter your body size shoe size of hand size

There is no set of guidelines dealing with a ratio. I mean there are allot of short people with smaller dicks then allot of taller people. But I am 5'9" and have a 6.5" dick and my cousin is 6'3" and he has a 5.5" dick, he is 8 months older than me.

I guess no, there isn't a rule for a body size dick size ratio. :P
