Does anyone like eggplant?
I have yet to meet anyone else who eats eggplant. I love it.

And if you do, what do you prepare with it.

I don't like eggplant, unless it has some egg in it, making it an eggplant omelet. That's why it's called eggplant :P

I'm a very picky eater and don't like it very much be cause to me tastes quite bland and the texture makes me ill. It hasn't a very pleasant smell to it either while cooking it. I guess it's all in the preparation and style of cooking it.

Well over here is called aubergine and I've never had it served alone, only as a key component in moussaka. I love moussaka.

From what I know it does alot to enhance a dish, so I guess I could say its good without tasting it lol.

wat mny mom does is peel it and slice it.then salt it and let it sit.then fry it in vegtable oil
