People think death
comes wrapped in a big cloak.
People think death
is when the heart stops beating.
Death however
is not like that.
The darkness
the end of the light
that is death
the end of hope.
The death of the mind and body are, far too often seen as the same thing.
The body can supposedly live without the mind.
The question being, is it truly, what the vast majority of the human race define as living?
With a dead mind. No hope. No mercy. Never feeling, Never seeing or hearing the effects of life again, behind the eyes of the deceased. Everything swallowed by the darkness. The heart stops beating. But you're already dead.
