well basically i just had a good cry for 10 minutes, first time i've cried in about a month. lots of things i needed to let go of, but wouldn't.
guess my best friend yelling some pretty harsh stuff at me in maths kinda woke me up a little.
but yeah, thanks again bhan for helping me with that. :)
so yeah, i'm hoping to not be quite as worked up now,
but i think i only got about 1/10 of the tears out.
but oh well.
hopefully its enough.
so hopefully i won't walk around looking depressed anymore.
well, not showing it anyway.
so yeah, pointless thread.
i made it through a breakdown without cutting too,
which is something of a first.
but yeah. it's gonna get better. hopefully.

Nat I'm so happy that you finally let it all out. You reach a turning point to where the pain gets too much. It's a good thing to cry. It lets out all of those emotions that have festered and have frustrated you. I'm glad you're seeing the brighter side of things. I'm always here to help you Nat <3

yes, it's a very good start. It's like an awaking call. I know that feeling where it's numb to everything no matter how bad it is. Then out of no where it's to the point to where you had enough and you snap. When you just sit down and cry I mean a nice long cry you start to slowly start to feel again. It's so wonderful imo. I'm always here Nat <3

This isn't a pointless thread hun, thoughts become more powerful when they become words - especially in the case of an affirmation, it is always beneficial to have it written down. For now, and for something to look back on in future times of uncertainty. Remember that you got this far, and that there is hope. Remember what helped attain clarity, perhaps it may yet serve you well.

Moments of clarity are also wonderful opportunities to refresh rational perspectives on issues that normally seem obscure. Make the most of this time. Be grateful that it has come. Try to avoid worrying about the negativity too much.

May things continue to look up for you. :hug3:
