So whenever my dick is soft it gets this bulge below the head occasionally. Then whenever my dick gets hard the bulge become hard as well. This dosen't happen all of the time, but it does occasionally and its a concern to me. Anybody have the same problem or any info on it??

I have something similar very occasionally if I'm real hard . . it's like a vein in my case but it looks more spherical than vein like?? Does that sound like your problem?
