is there anyone that still gets spanked at this age; i'm 17. i've tried to tell my father that i'm really too big for that since i was 15 or so, but the only thing that've changed is that it's not hand spanking on his lap anymore, but belting over some chair or whatever, always bare. he says a lot of my friends are disciplined in the same way, they just don't want to admit, but i don't think so. my brother is 15 and he get's it quite often. who's right, my father or me? where we live, spanking is legal.

The average 17 year old does not get spanked as often as your dad says. Some still do, the majority of those don't get spanked bare though.

Another solution is to NOT get spanked. Just do your best and behave and eventually the spanking will stop. :3

Where I live, it'd probably be reported as abuse. And no 17 (or 15 ) year old I know still gets punished like that, and there are 2400 students in my school.

Personally I believe that spanking you with a bare butt is illegal and immoral. Spanking is one thing but to have you exposed while doing so is crossing boundaries.

Thank you all for answering, but the situation is not that simple. I showed all this to my father and he just said it was all simply rubbish, and he does at his home what he believes is right, and its right that he spanks me an my brother the way he wants till we live in his house and he pays for our studies (and he is really generous with money). My brother is 15, spanked quite often, and I'll have to make choice either to leave and work or to continue studies and getting occasionally bare belted, sometimes even in front of my kid brother, or together with him. And my father is very big and strongman, used to play football and still very active, so no way I could fight with him.

Where I live, children can be spanked as hard as the parents wish, as long as marks are mostly gone in an hour or two.

My parents are very strict about spanking, and our rule is as long as I live with them, I must abide by their rules. So even if I am twenty, and I break a rule, I'll get the belt.
