Angel wings, angel wings
White as salt, sweet as spring
Soft to the eyes
Warm to our hearts
Angel wings, angel wings
Always spread apart
Open and bright
In their own pure light
They keep their wings open
So we may come in
Angel wings, angel wings
They welcome all men
Halos on top
Of their silken spun hair
Gowns of white cloth
Their angel wings bare
Angel wings, angel wings
Amongst all white
They still glow
Angel wings, angel wings
Descending from the sky
For angels come from heave
Or so thought you and I
Angel wings, angel wings
Angel wings’ angel wings
On humans a pair
Light on their back
Shouldered with care
Angel wings angel wings
We have them some where
Inside our hearts
Upon our souls
In the eyes of the others
Our angel wings hold
Angel wings, angel wings
So mighty and strong
Angel wings, angel wings
I’ve held them for long
Taking a glance at the sky above
They heavens are open
But the streets hold our doves
Angel wings, angel wings
Here the whole time
Angel wings, angel wings
On a human
Devine
White as salt, sweet as spring
Soft to the eyes
Warm to our hearts
