The Gay Agenda

When the DADT repeal debate came into light, I started seeing this word pop up all over the place. It was used in terms like, "Rsjdubdjds with them trying to shove their gay agenda down our throats."

1. Why the vivid imagery of having things shoved down your throat, people? ;)

2. What the hell is this imaginary gay agenda? Does it include walking the dog and working out? How about Monday night popcorn?

Sarcasm aside, we bi/gay folks don't have any damn agenda, so I wished the dipshits in Washington would stop making it seem like we're about to bust out and make conquest for world domination. We're not shoving anything down anyone's throats. Asking for the equal rights that are guaranteed by the Constitution is not a part of an agenda.

So what, might I ask again, is this agenda? Can someone enlighten me? :)

I agree with the rest of you as well. One of the most ridiculous things I saw while following this DADT repeal debate was comparing homosexuality to pedophilia.
