How do you like eggs to be cooked, what's your favourite?

Mine has to be fried, I love fried eggs with sausages or bacon. Ham, egg & chips, the perfect pub lunch. Yum!

I love Fried eggs. Favourite has to be frying it in the juice left by the bacon and breaking the yoke while its in the frying pan so it fries as well as the white bit.

I hate eggs except for the black eggs and if the eggs are steamed. my mom will put eggs in a bowl then microwave them. idk how else to explain it but it's yellow and soft and my mom puts green stuff in them

Well so do I, I guess that should have been an option in the poll. I love poached eggs on toast, or to have poached eggs on top of a gammon steak. And I love a well made omlette, either with ham & cheese or with mushrooms.

black eggs, we call them '1000 year old eggs' (and of course they aren't really a thousand years old). not sure what they really are, they are really good :P my parents get them from a Chinese store. here's a picture. it might look gross, but it's good actually...

Duck eggs, more commonly used than chicken eggs, are preserved for about a hundred days using a combination of ashes, lime, tea and salt. After this process, the egg white turns gelatinous and amber in colour, while the yolk becomes grey/green and can still be a little gooey in the very centre.

Omelette, fried over hard, then scrambled, in that order. I supplement my eggs with extra whites for a better protein/fat balance, so omelettes and scrambled eggs are easiest for that, but fried eggs are yum yum yum.

Precisely, yes. I normally use one whole egg in an omelette or scrambled eggs for some egg flavor, but the rest is just pure whites.
