I wish. I'd be banned in a heart beat if I could be as harsh as I can be.
Anyway, your shading isn't blended, the transition from one shade to the next is excessively apparent, especially on his hair. I advice investing in a number 3 pencil for blending or learning to use your finger or an eraser to shade.
What the fuck is going on with his mouth? That's a very unnatural pose.
His neck appears to be too big.

^^ Agreed. The shading could be better. Blending with your finger i really easy and it looks incredible when its done. The neck is too thick and the mouth should be a little smaller.

I like the shading not blended but the mouth does look a bit odd.
