confused about answer

now i have a question im kinda confused about how to interpret it so here it goes, now back in february i was talking to my girl cousin who i am close with and i told her who i liked and she told this girl and then she replied back that she has a personal rule that she wouldn't date any one till she had her license i this confused me because could she really have this rule or could it just be a lame excuse to say no so can some one please help me understand girls thank you

depending on the kind of girl she is, it could be true.
but if shes just lying to you because she doesnt want to date you, shes not worth your time.

and depending on how old she is, maybe you could wait it out a little. but if shes lik 14 or something...move on.

It could be true, I know alot of girls whos parents won't let them date untill they are like 16...so it might be true, however of course it could be an excuse...would she usally date guys like you? Has she even dated a guy before? Just think.

I agree with both of the above answers :P but i would say also, if shes making excuses, she isn't the kinda girl you should really want anyway.

It could be true... there are many weird rules out there... if you can wait, well.. wait, if you can't, well just be her friend...

The answer isn't a total rejection, maybe she wants, but she doesn't want to break her rule :)
