I'm 15 y.o.,last 3 years mom addicted to sit on my lap,i mean everytime when we're not busi she sat on my lap,nothing sexual,just talking with me or on the phone,watching tv,sometimes even she do it when her girlfriends visit us,honestly i don't really upset about it,just curious what's it means

You and your mother must have a close relationship and she wants to keep it that way, so she does those sorts of things, I guess. Maybe she's afraid that when you grow up, your relationship will change in a way she won't be ready to handle.
In front of your girlfriends, it seems like a gesture that means "he's my son", because girlfriends can weaken your relationship with your parents.

I'm going to be honest with you, I find that a bit creepy. If I was you I would tell her I wasnt comfortable with it and ask her to stop.

Considering she is your mother and she hasn't taken any sexual advances toward you I would think nothing of it. Some mothers feel close to their children, some don't. If you feel uncomfortable with it you should definitely confront her about it considering it is kind of odd. It might just be a little fun love for you. She might think it is funny and she is joking around.

Just don't take it the wrong way. If she hasn't done anything to you to give you the idea that she is trying to do inappropriate things then it shouldn't be anything but fun.

To answer your question shortly; It means she loves you like a mother should love her child.
