Hi. I am doing a study about bullying in adolescence. If you could take a few minutes to fill out my survey, I would really appreciate it.

A few of things to note:

You must be in high school (9th-12th grades) to participate.

You MUST have your parents' consent to complete the survey.

The survey is completely anonymous.
