Are you experiences anything else when you are masturbation? Does it become hard to breath? If that is not the case, I'm going to guess that that is a result of your blood pumping from the thrill of masturbation, but if you are concerned, go online and look it up on Google, or if you are very concerned, schedule an appointment with your doctor.

ive never personaly had that happen but it sounds like your body temperature spikes during orgasm. and it isnt that serious but it doesnt hurt to consulting a doctor.

Its perfectly normal to get a sort of pink blush that spreads out under your neck when you approach climax. Its nothing to worry about, there's no need to see a doctor.
