I'm 14 years old and have just hit puberty, and i used to be quite overweight. I had man-boobs (LOL!) but now i have grown my fat has turned into nothing, but my boobs are still there, but they hurt when i apply pressure on them and i felt them and felt something hard inside which hurt when I touched it.

Help?

The first thing that came to mind was, why don't you see your doctor? He's the best person to find out what's wrong.

It's called gynecomastia, and it's a normal thing that many boys experience during puberty.

Well CaptainObvious (like the name by the way) already gave us a probable diagnosis, so you won't go into the doctor's blind :) it's always good to check to make sure it's nothing serious.

plus, he's a doctor. sure, it may be personal, but he's used to it. he's probably already talked to tons of guys about their erectile dysfunction and other sexual problems and such.

If its like hard under your nipples, its normal. i had them, when i started puberty, and the doc said it was completely normal, and just a sign of development.
